CompuSync Limited offers a wide range of services to all our customers, from Repairs and Upgrades to Network Installations and PC Sales. We believe firmly that good customer relations are the key to a successful business, which is why we encourage you to talk with us regarding your computer requirements and issues, we would be pleased to offer any advice you need. Whilst there are many reasons that you may need us to repair your PC such as a hardware failure, the majority of PC problems that we see arise from Spyware, Viruses, and related issues. All repairs are undertaken in our workshop by experienced and trained IT technicians. Many problems can be fixed with a minimum of fuss, however in some cases a full reinstall will be needed. If this is the case an engineer will call you to make sure you are happy to proceed and a backup of the files you need will be made. It is important to note that should a reinstall be needed we will only be able to put back onto the system those programs for which you have a valid licence key and software. Please note that Microsoft Office is DIFFERENT to the operating system such as Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, 98 etc, and therefore a licence for both these products would be needed.
