If you have access to the internet via a broadband connection or similar, we may be able to fix your Computer problem without our even having to leave the office or your waiting for on-site servicing! To achieve this one of our engineers can connect to your computer using a piece of software that CompuSync supplies and installs onto your PC. The remote access client must be purchased at a cost of $68.30 for a single user (one off cost, not a yearly renewal). Pricing for the remote access client varies by the amount of clients purchased, please contact CompuSync for detailed pricing. All Client network servers must have a remote client license regardless of the initial connection type. CompuSync uses the RAdmin (Remote Administrator) product from Famatech. Remote Administrator is deployed on thousands of corporate PCs worldwide. Among our clients are companies where Radmin is the standard application for network management.
