Client Technical Manager "CTM"

The aim of the CTM services package is to offer a more in-depth planning and overall administration of your network structure, rather than just providing a standard maintenance agreement. We will assist you not only in making your network systems work for you, but also provide ongoing access to our technical team of personnel with the result of providing an IT support structure tailored for your business.

With CTM services you have the benefit of an assigned Network Administrator for the term of your agreement, a single point of contact for planning and implementation of hardware/software, fault management and user support. The advantages of a site specific Network Administrator are numerous, offering technical continuity by way of comprehensive knowledge of your business aims and requirements, ongoing preventative maintenance and stability of support.

Flexibility in operational hours gives you the ability to utilise the CTM support hours each month as and when you require, with the knowledge that the base line operational maintenance is being performed. In our experience a minimum of 20 hours support per month is recommended based on network size and growth expectations. We offer free phone support 24 x 7 with no usage of agreement hours for the first 10 hours for remote servicing each month. CTM works in conjunction with our standard "CSP" service level agreement, providing on-target performance.

Client Specified Plan (CSP) Support Rates

Rates applicable to our Support package are subject to many site specific factors.
