The Client Specified Plan gives you continuity in your network support while providing all of CompuSync’s key services and more at a reduced total cost. An agreed number of support hours per month is determined dependent on client requirements. This support plan offers reduced on-site and remote hourly rates during both normal business hours as well as after hours, weekends and statutory holidays. In addition, a priority response option is available of a two hour on-site response on Critical Fault/four hour on-site response on Specified Fault. All telephone support during both normal business hours, as well as after hours, is free of charge.

 

Client Specified Plan (CSP) Support Rates

Site Support

 

 

$96 per Hour +GST

 

Additional hours site support

 

 

$108 per hour + GST

 

Specialised site support (applicable to Consulting, Firewall, Security, Routing, Radio Network, Linux, Lotus Notes, Apple Mac)

 

 

$140.00 to $195.00 per hour + GST

 

Telephone support (no charge for calls of 10 minutes or less duration – if a call lasts 10 minutes, we charge to the next 1/10, ie 2/10 x $120.00 = $20.00 + GST)

 

 

No Charge

 

After hours site support (6.00pm to 7.30am – weekends and statutory holidays)

 

 

$125.00 per hour + GST

 

Priority Response Service (four hour on-site response on Critical Fault*/ same day on-site response on Specified Fault*)

 

 

$500.00 + GST pa

 

On Call Service (after hours on-call, 6.00pm to 7.30am - weekends and statutory holidays)
