CompuSync offers casual support to clients on a call by call basis. A priority response option is available with casual support but only to a minimum of a four hour on-site response on Critical Fault*/same day on-site response on Specified Fault response times. While still maintaining the key elements of CompuSync’s technical support, our normal hourly rates apply.

Casual Support Rates

Site Support

 

 

$120 per Hour +GST

 

Specialised site support (applicable to Consulting, Firewall, Security, Routing, Radio Network, Linux, Lotus Notes, Apple Mac)

 

 

$225.00 per hour + GST

 

Telephone support (no charge for calls of 10 minutes or less duration – if a call lasts 10 minutes, we charge to the next 1/10, ie 2/10 x $120.00 = $20.00 + GST)

 

 

$120.00 per hour + GST

 

After hours site support (6.00pm to 7.30am – weekends and statutory holidays)

 

 

$165.00 per hour + GST

 

Priority Response Service (four hour on-site response on Critical Fault*/ same day on-site response on Specified Fault*)

 

 

$1000.00 + GST pa

 

On Call Service (after hours on-call, 6.00pm to 7.30am - weekends and statutory holidays)
